Renfrewshire South MSP Tom Arthur is hosting a Coffee Morning at his Johnstone constituency office on Friday 6 December to raise money for St. Vincent’s Hospice.

The hospice is a vital community resource across the Renfrewshire area, providing the best possible specialist palliative care and support across for individuals with life limiting illnesses and their families.

Mr Arthur is encouraging people to come along and show support for the charity. Commenting, he said:

“I’m very much looking forward to hosting the coffee morning, which I’m sure will be a great way to bring people together from the local community while also vital funds for St. Vincent’s Hospice.

“The hospice do incredible work throughout the local community and I’m proud to continue supporting them.

“I hope as many of my constituents as possible can join me for tea, coffee and cakes in aid of this great cause on Friday 6 December.”

Carol-Anne Lamont, Fundraising Manager for St. Vincent’s Hospice, added:

“We want to say heartfelt thank you to Tom Arthur MSP for his continued support of St. Vincent’s Hospice. Tom has been a fantastic supporter for many years now, playing an important role in some huge projects for the Hospice.

“We hope as many people as possible will get themselves along to the coffee morning, and do their bit for a fantastic, local, cause.”

Mr Arthur’s Coffee Morning is being held at 49 High Street, Johnstone, PA5 8AJ on Friday 6 December between 11am-1pm, locals are welcome to drop by.
